TIMEFRAME FOR YOUR ORDER

Order Processing Time:
We process orders within 3 to 5 business days. Preparation takes place Monday to Friday, and we do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Total Delivery Time:
From order placement to delivery, the estimated total time is 10 to 15 business days. This is only an estimate and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather or political events.

Cut-off Time:
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES

Flat Shipping Rate:
All domestic US orders are charged a flat rate of $7.90.

Shipping Destination:
We currently ship within the US only. We cannot ship to US military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

Carriers:
Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your details carefully, including your name, shipping address, and contact information.

Corrections:
If any information is incorrect, contact us within 9 hours so we can make adjustments.

Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking email with your order number and link. You can also track your order directly on our website at any time.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Returned Orders:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Missing or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives missing items or damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Lost Orders:
We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or forwarding during transit.
